& Tuning
Jetting, fuelling, exhaust and intake work. Tell us how you actually ride it and we’ll set it up to match.
Most bikes leave the factory tuned for emissions targets and a global average rider. Bolt on a pipe or a filter and that compromise gets worse, not better — which is why so many bikes feel flat after an exhaust that was supposed to wake them up.
What tuning fixes
- Flat spots and hesitation off closed throttle.
- Running rich or lean after an exhaust or intake change.
- Snatchy low-speed fuelling in traffic.
- Hard starting and poor idle once the bike is modified.
- Heat — a lean bike runs hot and wears faster.
Carbureted bikes
Re-jetting to suit your setup. If you’ve fitted a pipe and never touched the jetting, the bike is running wrong right now — see carburetor service.
Fuel-injected bikes
Fuelling adjusted for the modifications on the bike, checked on the machine rather than guessed from a chart.
Exhaust and intake
We fit exhaust systems and intake work, and we tune around them in the same visit — which is the point. Fitting a pipe and tuning it are one job, not two appointments at two shops.
What we won’t do is promise a horsepower figure over the phone. Every bike, every combination of parts and every state of wear reads differently. We’ll tell you what it’s doing now and what it should do properly set up.
